Alicia Moore, Owner & Virtual Assistant
As a small business owner, I understand what it takes to be successful – and what usually falls through the cracks or holds us back. I have 30 years of business experience in administrative support and management in a wide variety of industries, with particular emphasis on customer service and sales/marketing support. Combining my skills and expertise with those of a large network of partners and resources, I can help fill in the gaps of your knowledge or experience, shore up your weakest areas and help you find the time, energy and mental clarity to focus on what only you can do.
A graduate of AssistU, the premier training organization for Virtual Assistants, I adhere to high standards - my word is my bond, mutual respect and honest communication are essential and everything is absolutely confidential.
Leslie Samuel, Office Assistant & Diva of Details
Leslie’s background in design project management has given her an attention to detail rivaled by few! She supports the business and, with client permission, also handles certain aspects of client work.
Greg, my wonderfully supportive husband who lets me mine his “techie” brain.
Shadow, my ever present companion in the office and defender against all trucks on the street!
We also have a large network of colleagues and resources we can call on should one of your needs is outside of our areas of expertise.
How We Work
Our clients are small and micro businesses, most often working from home offices. We do, too. We also believe that rest and play are as important as productivity and tasks. So to maintain a proper balance between business and family, work and play, you won’t find us in our offices during the evening nor on weekends. We encourage you to to set the same boundaries!
Do you live outside of the U.S.? No problem! We eagerly welcome clients of all cultures and religions as long as our ethics and work style are compatible. We love learning about how others live and work!
Contact us for more information and to set up a time to chat. Let’s see if we might forge a dynamic partnership together!
